Map

Create maps from your data. Upload a spreadsheet with latitude, longitude and a description and the page will give you a map showing where all those sites are. You can order them in a particular way, show detailed notes when you click on a site, and print out information on all the sites. This was designed to provide a map and addresses for drivers taking flags to donors for a fundraiser for the Badger Prairie Needs Network, a food pantry in Verona Wisconsin.

This tool is free to use and you do not need to be signed in as long as you provide latitude and longitude for all your records. If you sign in, the tool can look up latitude and longitude from an address. To keep costs under control, I will set thresholds for the number of look-ups you can do. If there is enough interest, I'll implement a higher threshold for those willing to pay.

Your map data is not saved on the server. It only exists in the browser memory. If you close the browser window, the data goes away so save often if you make edits in the tool.

Notebook

Keep notes in a simple interface with simple organization and a fast way to find notes. As of this writing, this is a fairly rudimentary note-taker but I am iterating on improvements. Because your notes are yours alone, you must be a logged-in user to use the notebook. To keep my costs under control, if you add a LOT of notes, I may have to either ask you to contribute or implement a usage threshold.

Color Picker

Want to know the RGB, hex or HSL code for a color? This tool can tell you. It is free and you do not need to be logged in to use it.
